If you are in the USA, and if there is no agency in the state or city where you live, you can mail, e-mailing or fax your transaction to the central office. Read the following instruction:

Print and fill the Order Form and make a copy of valid unexpired government photo identification. If the transaction is over $3,000, a BSA Form must be complete.

Call Customer Service to find out the location and fee of the delivery agent. You will need this information to complete the Transaction Form.
