If you are in the USA, and if there is no agency in the state or city where you live, you can mail, e-mail or fax your transaction to the central office. Just folow these instructions:

Print and complete the Transaction Form and make a copy of a valid unexpired government photo identification. If the transaction is over $3,000, a BSA Form(Bank Secrecy Act) must also be completed.
